The last thing we want to do is leave you hanging. So we're here to answer all your questions. And if you're not finding what you need here, feel free to call your local park for extra support.

Birthday setup

I want a party during a time that isn't listed. How can I book this?

Because of our Learn to Skate, Figure Skating, and Ice Hockey programs, availability may vary. For other times, please contact us here or email us at parties@bocaice.com.

I'm not sure how many people will attend on the day. Can I change the number of people?

Yes, we know that sometimes not everyone can attend. On the day of the event, your invoice will reflect the actual number of attendees.

What decorations can I bring?

We do have a strict no confetti, no glitter, no sparklers, no slime, no piñata, and no sandboxes policy. However, you are welcome to bring non-helium balloons (must be secured to a weight before entering our facility), backdrops, signs, stands, tablecloths, chair covers, centerpieces, etc.

Do you have gluten-free food?

Unfortunately, we do not. Please discuss catering options with a team member.

Do you have Kosher food?

Our main menu items are not kosher. However, we do have kosher ice cream, cookies, brownies, and Rice Krispies. Please discuss catering options with a team member.

Can I bring an ice cream cake?

Yes! Please let your host know when you arrive, and they will store the cake in the freezer.

Do parents and siblings need to pay for admission?

If parents and siblings are only spectating or chaperoning, they do not need to pay for admission. If they are participating, please see below.

Parents and siblings of guests who want to ice skate and/or do bumper cars—how do they purchase tickets?

There are two options: 1) include them in your party package, or 2) they can purchase tickets themselves at the front office when they arrive.

Can I add or remove add-ons on the day of my party?

Absolutely. We know unexpected changes happen. Please keep in mind that wait times may increase if you add additional food or tickets on the day of your party.

I need to reschedule or cancel my party. What are the policies?

If you would like to reschedule your party, please email parties@bocaice.com. If you wish to cancel your party, you will receive a full refund if you cancel 30 days prior to the party date. If you cancel within 30 days, the deposit will become credited to your Boca Ice account.

Can I book a ski lesson during the party?

Yes, please note that ski lessons are limited (1-4 skiers at a time, with a minimum of 10-15 minutes) and depend on instructor availability.

I want snow buckets for my party. Can I add them on?

You can only have the snow buckets with the purchase of VIP ice. Snow buckets are not permitted on the public rink.

What is the difference between a skate guard and a private coach?

A skate guard is someone who will monitor the ice and patrons while enforcing safety protocols. A private coach is someone who will teach basic skating skills to your party.
